Support for FileMaker 11 and previous versions
As announced in December 2014(http://help.filemaker.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14071)，after September 24, 2015, FileMaker will no longer offer availability for all version 11 products, including technical support.
We also recommend to use the newer version. If you have some difficulties in upgrade based on the existing environment, we would like to offer any support within applicable laws and our capability.
