Could you tell us the nature of the service or business you are involved in？
TARNGMEEI engages in plastics injection, focusing on nylon loop injection used for Nuts and Bolts, which are small components in auto industry.
Why do you want to use FileMaker in your business？
We know about FileMaker from online. Once grasping some tips, it’s really easy to use even without the skills of programming.
Before using FileMaker, did you have any problem with the tools you were using? Or did you have any trouble in your business？
The old system couldn’t meet our requirements any longer. We have to input data into excel, enter the original system and print a series of receivable and payable bills, however, we couldn’t manage to save all data. With FileMaker, key-in and delivery tag printing can be done at the same time, really easy.
How does it help you with your problems? Could you give an example or describe?
Quotation, order, delivery and invoice can be processed in one system now.
Please briefly describe your feeling in using the system?
After the launch of system, we’ve saved a lot of time in querying by using the share function, and also it helps new employees get the information of customers and products. As all the data is stored in one system, it’s easy to calculate the amount of each segment, no need to consult the old materials each time.
